Pastor Victoria Williams is the leader of Scripture & Structure Worldwide Ministries. She has a heart for people of all ages especially young people who are dealing with rejections of any kind. We all search for validation and are deceived by those that come to us with their own agendas. We need to know that we are VALUED. Our personal testimonies can help others. She is in her 2nd year for an Associate Degree in Ministerial Leadership & Pastoral Care. It would be her heart's desires through Jesus to show every person their VALUE in Jesus.
